Boutique West-Coast consulting firm is looking for an EA with small plan experience, who would have an interest in working into an equity position with-in the organization. Company has a solid long established book of business including a sizable portion being small plan work. The remainder being small corporate 25-100 lives. The owners are both nearing retirement and are seeking an individual to carry this group forward. There are 9 employees and in addition to the DB consulting work, they also do DB/DC administration.
