Description:
|
Consulting firm looking to add an actuarial analyst to their staff. Responsible for the day-to-day activity for assigned clients. Also responsible for all technical work required for each assigned actuarial client. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant pension actuarial experience along with at least 1-2 SOA exams passed. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in IRS funding valuations (calculations required under PPA, and funding and accounting rules preferred). Prefer complete knowledge and ability to prepare benefit calculations, government forms, valuation data preparation, etc. Ability to manage own workflow. Ability to work independently; must be motivated with strong oral and written communication skills. Pursuing actuarial exams with goal of becoming an EA, ASA.
