Nationwide group of affiliated companies that specialize in the small plan/tax shelter/cash balance arena looking for influx of new actuarial talent. Typical plan size for this group of firms is 1-50 participants with some in the 50-500 participant range. Ideal candidate will have at least an EA designation along with working and relevant experience in the small plan arena. Location of job could be one of several locations nationwide. May even consider a remote situation, not preference, but with right background may be a possibility. Must be hands on and technically strong with the ability to manage client relationships as well as potentially act in a leadership role depending on the office.
