Growing client in the mid-west is looking to add an actuary to staff. This client does primarily small plan tax shelter work. They operate as a full scale third party administrator (TPA) doing both DB and DC consulting. The small plan market place is the one DB area that is still growing. Over the next 10 years this is going to be a vibrant and fast paced area to work in. Seeking an actuary that wants to make the small plan arena their core business. Will consider a pension actuary with no small plan background. Would prefer to have an EA or Near EA with small plan and cash balance experience. The solutions this group finds for their clients are both creative and complex. Great opportunity for an actuary to get involved in a quick growth area.
